The Canadian Auto Workers Windsor Regional Environment Council (CAW WREC) is hosting their first annual Blackout Day Challenge “Unplugged and Local Enlightening Party”

The CAW WREC event will gather members and supporters of the CAW WREC for a relaxing, entertaining evening of camaraderie and friendship while enlightening Windsor area residents by promoting energy conservation and other environmentally friendly practices.  The event will feature unplugged music (in fact everything will be unplugged!) a “Locavore” (locally sourced food) cold dish buffet and will be a waste free event.  SEE MEDIA RELEASE For full details
